the quality employee*


If you do not link people performance with their identity,
other words: if you do not acknowledge
the ownership of their good work -
you will pay them more!
Because they will give you more "results"
(they will do more "work" in the same working time),
but less worthy, because
they do not care about the quality 
that is not linked to their very person.

Depriving a person of his/her quality
by disdaining his/her work is
depriving his life of its quality.
